Our next event will be one of Ciaran's delicious Paellas to be served from 5pm on Saturday 11 July and will be free of charge for all plot holders. Bring your own drink and a seat to sit on.
Under the command of our Chairman, a Work Party was arranged for Saturday 13 June. Once again, the response from our plotholders was underwhelming with just 8 willing workers turning up. However, a great deal was achieved with the majority of our shared pathways being mowed and a large section of the ditch at the far end of our site being cleared. Jayne and Rhian left us before the photo was taken.
Our Wine & Cheese event on 20 September was a great success with 25 plotholders and their partners enjoying a fine collection of cheeses and accompaniments. The weather, although not as warm as the previous day, was fine and our new gazebo, whilst providing a pleasant canopy, did not have to protect us from any rain. Some photos from the day:
