Our next event will be the annual bonfire party to be held Friday 6 November when we will be able to burn any wood or other combustable material accumulated over the summer. The bbq will be fired up to provide burgers and hot dogs to all attendees. All plotholders are welcome - please bring along your own drink and chairs to sit on.
Our Wine & Cheese event on Saturday 10 October was a great success. We supplied an interesting selection of cheeses ( including a creamy Gorgonzola) and the wine flowed. The weather was kind to us and a good time was had by all who attended.
Under the command of our Chairman, a Work Party was arranged for Saturday 13 June. Once again, the response from our plotholders was underwhelming with just 8 willing workers turning up. However, a great deal was achieved with the majority of our shared pathways being mowed and a large section of the ditch at the far end of our site being cleared. Jayne and Rhian left us before the photo was taken.
